First, trucks pay the MTA Congestion Relief Zone toll on Manhattan’s local streets from 60th Street south (the FDR Drive, the West Side Highway/Route 9A and the Hugh L. Leaving Hoboken or Jersey City
In Hoboken, order Temporary No Parking signs for the truck online at least ten days ahead (two-sign minimum) (City of Hoboken). In Jersey City, ask the city about its No Parking Signs/Meter Bag process (City of Jersey City).
Into Manhattan
Port Authority crossings collect tolls when entering New York (Port Authority). The Holland Tunnel takes only two- and three-axle single-unit trucks; trucks use the outer tubes of the Lincoln Tunnel.
